This dedication to serving his clients lead to his appointment as consultant for the Illinois Attorney General on construction issues. Additionally, Ron Briddell has served as a board memeber of the home builders association and as former president of the Remodelors Council. He also taught at Rankin Technical School, served as an expert witness for local law firms, and consulted local insurance companies. In order to stay up to date and be the most value to his clients and peers, Ron Briddell regularly attends remodeling shows and seminars around the country. The knowledge he learns at these events is passed on to his clients as lower costs and more efficient work practices.

Ron Briddell founded Briddell Remodeling, Inc. in 1980. Back then, the company focused on building housing budgeted in the one to three hundred thousand dollar price range. In the first eleven years, Briddell Remodeling built approximately two hundred sixty homes. Today, Briddell Remodeling, Inc. focuses mainly on bathroom, basement, and kitchen remodeling along with room additions. As Ron likes to say, with each remodeling project a house is turned into a home.
